We strive to process all orders within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once the carrier receives and scans in the package it is no longer The Hobby Hippo's responsibility. Understand that processing times and shipping times are separate.
Addresses will NOT be changed for any reason, so please be sure to double check your address when placing your order. We will also not add to or combine orders once placed. If you forget to order an item you will have to place another order and pay the shipping again.
Once tracking shows delivered you, the customer, will need to contact the carrier. The Hobby Hippo does not accept responsibility once the package leaves our facility.
